NEL (Nouveaux Etablissements Lespessailles) is a construction
company located in the South West of France, it has been in operation and managed for the past
5 generations by the very same family. This proves, if needed be, that quality is a kind of a
tradition respected and recognised by almost everybody from the partners to the final customers.
NEL is based in Onesse-Laharie (Département des Landes) almost half way between DAX, a recknowned Spa and the unmatchable Atlantic Beaches. In the middle of Western Europe largest forest, near BORDEAUX, BAYONNE, BIARRITZ and the Basque country. Also close to ARCACHON and its unique Bassin where the Dune du Pyla overlooks the liquid Atlantic Ocean and the solid wooden Forest Ocean.
