As indicated in its name, this plugin allows to realize suns and other stars. I used it to realize original buttons.

1Create a new image 200x200 pixels by example, in 16 million colours and choose your background colour (black in that case).
2Go to the menu Image > Filter Plug-in > Flaming Pear > SolarCell (PSP 7)
3Here is the dialog box which is going to allow you to create your sun.

4Here it is. It remains just to you to play with the various parameters to recreate new galaxies ;-)
5Download a trial version.
